We offer domestic shipping throughout Australia via Australia Post. International shipping is available by individual arrangement. Customers wishing to place an international order must submit an enquiry using our website contact form to arrange shipping details.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5 business days of receiving payment. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

3. Shipping Methods and Carriers


We use Australia Post for all domestic shipping. Standard shipping is offered by default. Express shipping is available upon request; customers must contact us via the website contact form to request express service.

4. Shipping Fees


Shipping fees are calculated based on parcel size, weight, and destination. The total cost will be displayed at checkout. Free shipping is not currently offered.

5. Delivery Timeframes


Delivery timeframes for domestic orders depend on Australia Post’s delivery schedule. For up-to-date estimates, please refer to the Australia Post website.

6. Order Tracking


Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped. You will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

7. Delays, Lost or Damaged Items


In the case of shipping delays, we do not offer refunds, but we will send a replacement item. If an item is lost or arrives damaged, we will either replace the item or issue a full or partial refund depending on the extent of the damage.

8. Shipping Restrictions


We currently have no shipping restrictions and aim to fulfill all valid orders.
