1. Eligibility for Refunds and Returns
- Change of Mind: You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order if you’ve changed your mind. Items must be returned in their original condition.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a refund, replacement, or solution.
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Custom orders and commissions are non-refundable.
- Sale items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or are incorrect.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change of mind returns.
- We will cover return shipping costs if the item is faulty or if you received the wrong item.
4. How to Request a Refund or Return
To initiate a return or refund, please contact us via our contact form or email at eviesilversculpture@gmail.com. For damaged or faulty items, please include a photo of the issue to help us assess the best course of action.
5. Refund and Replacement Options
- We offer full refunds for items with significant damage.
- Partial refunds may be offered in cases of minor damage, based on individual circumstances and in agreement with the customer.
- In some cases, we may offer to send a replacement item.
6. Refund Method and Processing Time
All refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Stripe or PayPal). Refunds are typically processed within 7 days of approval.
